Bassist required for traditional band

A new traditional band I am managing requires a bassist (or guitarist that can play bass) to complete their lineup. The band has just started recording a CD and will be gigging in 3 to 4 months. Their sound has elements of Iron Maiden, Judas Priest and Stratovarius. What they need is; 1) Someone that plays with a pick or has a very precise finger technique, 2) Ability to peddle fast, keeping up with guitar riffs, 3) Own gear and transport, 4) Availability for gigs and possible national tour.
