New themes: Warning, and LO-FI

Well I have created some new themes (or skins) for Brisgig, there is the WARNING theme, which builds on the camo structure and gives it a whole new life with dark greys and bright yellows, Ive gone quite far with shadows, and I think that it's quite nice especially the watermarked coat-of-arms. The LO-FI theme is exactly what it says it is: Effectively taking Brisgig back to the dark ages with monochromosity (is that even a word) and almost no javascript mouseovers or anything. Enjoy!
