The Alliance Hotel Spring Hill The alliance Hotel has been closed for several years now, but will reopen on the 1st of December 2008 with a name Change it will be called 320 On Leichhardt The Hotel has had a major refurbishment to bring her back to the yesteryear with some slightly modern twists. On the second floor it will have a restaurant that’s seats up to 85 people, with an international Chef who has been a private chef for royalty and prime ministers as well as being the executive chef for a famous restaurant in Brisbane. Mains in this restaurant will not exceed $30.00 so very affordable satisfaction guaranteed. The street level Bars will serve high teas for the ladies and cold beer for the men. The Cellar has a wine bar that seats 40 people and a night venue that holds 150 people. We can hold functions all over the Hotel for up to 200 people as well as outside catering and we can bring a full bar, DJ set-up and audiovisual.
